1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TuitionDesk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

TuitionDesk is a cloud-based tuition management software that helps home tutors, coaching centres, and tuition institutes manage students, batches, attendance, fees, and generate reports. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial period. During the trial, you have access to all features of the selected plan. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

5. Subscription and Billing

Prepaid Subscription Model: TuitionDesk operates on a prepaid subscription model. You pay upfront for your chosen billing period (monthly or yearly). Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

Subscription Plans: You can choose from various subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise) with different features and limits. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance.

No Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions do NOT automatically renew. When your subscription period ends, you must manually purchase a new subscription to continue using the Service. We will send reminder notifications before your subscription expires.

Service Continuity: If you do not renew before your subscription expires, your access to TuitionDesk will be suspended until you purchase a new subscription. Your data will be preserved and accessible once you renew.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. You will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation: Since subscriptions do not automatically renew, "cancellation" simply means you choose not to renew when your current subscription period ends. You can indicate your intention not to renew at any time from your account settings. You will continue to have access until the end of your current paid period.

Free Trial: Free trial periods remain free and can be cancelled at any time without charge.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Not use the Service to transmit harmful code or malware
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TuitionDesk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TuitionDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data after a reasonable retention period.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
