1. Refund Eligibility

⚠️ SaaS Subscription Refund Policy

TuitionDesk is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product where access is provided immediately upon payment. Due to the nature of digital services, all subscription purchases are non-refundable once access is granted.

This includes all plan purchases, upgrades, and renewals. No refunds will be provided for any subscription fees.

Exception: Free trial periods remain free and are not subject to this policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation Process: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Access Continuation: You will continue to have access to all features until the end of your current paid billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

Free Trial Cancellation: You may cancel your free trial at any time. No charges will apply.

3. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your TuitionDesk account
  2. Go to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation
  5. You will receive a confirmation email

4. Non-Refundable Items

As a SaaS product, the following are not eligible for refunds:

  • All subscription purchases - Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans
  • Plan upgrades - Upgrading from one plan to another
  • Subscription renewals - Automatic or manual renewals
  • Partial billing periods - No prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
  • Add-on services or features purchased separately
  • Free trial periods (no charge, therefore no refund)
  • Subscriptions suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms of Service

5. Billing and Payment Information

Prepaid Billing Model: Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. You pay upfront for the entire billing period, and your subscription remains active until the end of that period.

No Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions do not automatically renew. When your subscription expires, you must manually purchase a new subscription to continue using the service.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets through Razorpay payment gateway.

💳 Payment Processing by Razorpay

All payment processing, including chargebacks, failed payments, double debits, and payment disputes, is handled directly by our payment partner Razorpay. TuitionDesk does not process or store payment information.

For payment-related issues, please contact Razorpay support or your bank directly.

Payment Failures: Failed payments, declined transactions, and technical payment issues are managed by Razorpay. Please contact Razorpay support or your bank for payment-related issues.

Chargebacks & Disputes: Any chargeback requests or payment disputes must be handled through Razorpay's dispute resolution process. TuitionDesk cannot intervene in payment disputes.

8. Billing Disputes

Payment Disputes: All payment-related disputes, including unauthorized charges, failed payments, and double debits, are handled by our payment partner Razorpay. Please contact Razorpay support or your bank directly.

Service Billing Issues: For questions about your subscription plan, billing cycle, or service access, contact us at support@tuitiondesk.in. We will assist with non-payment related billing inquiries.

9. Exceptional Cases

In rare circumstances involving significant service issues (e.g., prolonged outages preventing access to the service), we may offer credits or other compensation at our discretion. These cases are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.

11. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We will notify existing subscribers of any material changes via email at least 30 days in advance.
