Payment Terms

1. Payment Methods

We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports various payment methods including:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • UPI
  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)

Note: All payment processing, security, and transaction management is handled by Razorpay. TuitionDesk does not store or process payment information directly.

2. Subscription Plans

TuitionDesk offers subscription plans on a monthly or yearly basis. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Prepaid Model: Subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing period (monthly or yearly) you select. You pay upfront for the entire billing period, and your subscription remains active until the end of that period.

No Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions do not automatically renew. You must manually purchase a new subscription when your current subscription expires to continue using the service.

3. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start your trial. After the trial period ends, you will need to purchase a subscription plan to continue using TuitionDesk.

4. Subscription Renewal

Manual Renewal Required: Subscriptions do not automatically renew. When your subscription period ends, you will need to manually purchase a new subscription to continue using TuitionDesk.

Renewal Reminders: We will send you email reminders before your subscription expires to help you renew in time and avoid service interruption.

Service Continuity: If you do not renew before your subscription expires, your access to TuitionDesk will be suspended until you purchase a new subscription. Your data will be preserved and accessible once you renew.

5. Refund Policy

⚠️ SaaS Subscription - Non-Refundable Policy

TuitionDesk is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product where access is provided immediately upon payment. Due to the nature of digital services, all subscription purchases are non-refundable once access is granted.

This includes all plan purchases, upgrades, and renewals. No refunds will be provided for any subscription fees.

Non-Refundable Items: The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • All subscription purchases (Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise plans)
  • Plan upgrades or downgrades
  • Subscription renewals
  • Partial billing periods (no prorated refunds)
  • Add-on services or features purchased separately
  • Free trial periods (no charge, therefore no refund)

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all features until the end of the paid period.

No Refunds on Cancellation: Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be provided for the remaining period.

Free Trial Cancellation: You may cancel your free trial at any time without any charges.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to new subscriptions purchased after the price change. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance via email.

8. Payment Processing & Disputes

💳 Payment Processing by Razorpay

All payment processing, including failed payments, double debits, chargebacks, and payment disputes, is handled directly by our payment partner Razorpay. TuitionDesk does not process or store payment information.

For payment-related issues, please contact Razorpay support or your bank directly.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails during checkout, your subscription will not be activated. You can retry the payment or contact Razorpay support for assistance.

Payment Disputes: Any chargeback requests or payment disputes must be handled through Razorpay's dispute resolution process. TuitionDesk cannot intervene in payment disputes.

9. Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.). Taxes will be calculated and added to your invoice based on your location and applicable tax laws.

Payment Processing Issues: For payment failures, double debits, or transaction disputes, please contact Razorpay support or your bank directly, as these are handled by the payment processor.
